A Cozy Fall Family Session at Home | CoWICHAN VALLEy, British Columbia

There’s something so special about photographing families at home. There’s no pressure to find the “perfect” location or make everyone pose just right. It’s simply their little corner of the world, their people, and the everyday moments they share together that make up this season of life.

This family session was so much fun, I just loved it! A country home in the beautiful Cowichan Valley surrounded by farm animals and garden spaces, kids running around and playing, adorable coordinating family outfits, and all the little in-between moments that made the morning feel so special.

With goats, chickens, and all the charm of farm life, there was so much for the kids to explore and enjoy. It felt less like a traditional family photo session and more like a little glimpse into their everyday life—and I loved every minute of it.
