Guillaume and Jaleesa met through work in North Vancouver. After their first date, they didn’t look back and have made a happy life for themselves in Guillaume’s home Province of Quebec. Most of Jaleesa’s family and friends live on Vancouver Island, so they decided on a beautiful intimate backyard wedding at Jaleesa’s Aunt and Uncle’s lake house in Youbou over looking Lake Cowichan. They had welcomed their precious daughter earlier that year (she is so sweet!) and brought their adorable pup with them as well to celebrate this next chapter with their closest family and friends. It was a gorgeous summer wedding from the table decor, to the ceremony backdrop - everything came together so beautifully for their wedding day. I always love how relaxed a backyard wedding is, guests mingling, love and laughter all around. It was so nice getting to know their family and friends a little before the ceremony began and I was just so happy to be a small part of this celebration for this lovely couple - capturing memories for J&G to enjoy for a lifetime!
